The following is a brief process flow for these three treatments of AGAFAR:
AG: Anti-glare, which are spraying/etching;
1. Spray AG chemicals on the glass surface to form a matte effect film.
2. Perform a special chemical reaction on the glass to etch the surface into a matte surface.
It is mainly to improve the viewing angle of the picture, product name clarity, high transparency and anti-glare, reduce the interference of ambient light, reduce display reflection, make the image clearer, the color more colorful, the color more saturated, and improve the display effect. In terms of the current anti-glare effect, the etching process effect and friction resistance are better, which is the best AG treatment method. Generally used in touch screens, display screens, touch panels, windows and other series.
AF: stands for Anti-fingerprint;
Use a weak alkaline cleaning agent or solvent to remove oil, moisture and stains on the surface of the glass substrate. After ultrasonic cleaning, the AF solution is plated on the surface of the product to form a film and placed in the oven (usually 120 degrees, 30 minutes). Specifics It is required to adjust parameters according to product conditions. It is characterized by antifouling, oil resistance, hydrophobicity, scratch resistance, thin film layer, wear resistance, and anti-fingerprint ability. It mainly keeps the screen glass panel smooth and bright for a long time. Generally used in glass displays such as mobile phones, tablets, TVs, and LEDs.
AR: stands for Anti-reflection, which are evaporation deposition/magnetron sputtering;
A thin film or coating is applied to the cover surface, typically by evaporation or magnetron sputtering. The main purpose is to improve the light transmittance of the glass itself, making the picture clearer and brighter. The characteristics are that the product has high penetration, durability (can last for 25 years in harsh environments), prevention of condensation, anti-scratch hardness, resistance to water accumulation, and easy to clean. It has a wide range of applications and is often used in automobile front and rear windshields, solar photovoltaic industry (solar panels), range hoods, outdoor large advertising screen galleries, art galleries, museums, archives, electronic whiteboards, DLP/LCD touch screens, DLP/ LCD TV wall, precision instrument display, medical equipment, KFC, McDonald's and other restaurant order signs, airport, hotel signage, instruction screen, etc.
